Beekman Point Engineering (BPE) serves as a Prime Designer of Record (DOR), delivering full-scope design responsibility and oversight for engineering and construction projects. As the Prime DOR, BPE leads all phases of design development — from initial concept through final construction documents — ensuring compliance with client requirements, applicable codes, and industry standards.

BPE manages multidisciplinary design teams, coordinates with stakeholders, oversees quality assurance and quality control processes, and ensures the technical integrity and constructability of the final design.
