At Beekman Point Engineering (BPE), LLC, our BIM/VDC consulting services leverage the power of Revit and Navisworks to deliver precise, efficient, and collaborative project outcomes. Our team of designers and engineers integrate architectural, structural, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing models to ensure seamless coordination and clash detection, minimizing errors and rework. We believe it is easier to change the design that rework in the field. Utilizing Revit model, we create detailed and accurate 3D models that enhance visualization and design accuracy.

At roughly the 65% design point we use Navisworks to perform comprehensive clash detection and 4D scheduling, optimizing construction timelines and improving construction time efficiency. Whether for commercial or federal projects, our BIM/VDC services ensure that every aspect of the design and construction process is meticulously planned and executed, resulting in high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

BIM/VDC services are available as a standalone service with client-provisioned Revit models. With this service we provide a detailed clash detection report and integrate with your design team to help them resolve the identified issues. Additionally, this service can be enhanced with an Independent Technical Review (ITR) of client’s design to identify issues during the design phase and to satisfy Federal Government ITR requirements.
