Design Quality Control
Beekman Point Engineering’s (BPE) Design Quality Control Plan (DQCP) outlines the general guidelines associated with ensuring a quality design is produced. The main objective of this DQCP is to provide a mechanism by which the design is subjected to a systematic and consistent review utilizing Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and Bluebeam Revu Studio for all projects.
BPE’s design quality control process is an effective management tool used to ensure all services required for the contract are performed, and either meet or exceed all professional quality standards. The DQCP will be administered by the Design Quality Control Manager (DQCM). The administration of the DQCP will in general consist of monitoring the design documents for constructability, cross-checking coordination, and verification of completeness of the design, drawings, and other contract documents. This DQCP will be tailored to the specific project requirements post award and utilized throughout the
design phase.
