Beekman Point Engineering provided design and construction phasecommissioning services for an energy performance contractsupporting Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Atlanticacross three sites.The project included energy-efficient HVAC and power distributionequipment replacements, along with temperature control upgradesfor more than 30 buildings. Additional improvements featuredmultiple Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), including buildingenvelope upgrades, installation of a photovoltaic solar power system,and boiler replacements.
