Beekman Point Engineering provided construction-phase commissioning services for the ALDI National Headquarters Renovation. The project included HVAC system upgrades for existing systems in Buildings A, B, and C, as well as commissioning of new HVAC systems serving the newly constructed Building D. The scope of work encompassed reviews of design drawings and specifications; evaluation of product submittals and shop drawings; development of construction checklists and functional tests documentation; oversight of direct digital control (DDC) and testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) activities; and detailed reporting commissioning findings.
