Beekman Point Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design services for the replacement of HVAC systems serving Conner and Winters Manor dormitories at Keesler Air Force Base. The project included the replacement and integration of numerous air handling units (AHUs), makeup air units (MAUs), fan coil units (FCUs), variable air volume (VAV) terminals, and associated controls infrastructure. The design incorporated upgrades to meet current UFC requirements while integrating with existing building systems and equipment. Following construction, comprehensive commissioning services were performed to verify system performance, controls operation, occupant comfort, and overall compliance with project requirements.
