Beekman Point Engineering provided comprehensive mechanical and plumbing engineering design services for the new GAB avocado storage and distribution center in Laredo, TX.

Our mechanical design services included office conditioning with multi-zone VAV-based systems, IT spaces, and riser rooms. Our plumbing design included a complete site compressed air system, floor drains, sand/grit interceptor, water distribution network, triplex water booster pump, and water heating solutions. Full commissioning services were provided, with all HVAC and plumbing systems tested against our written sequences of operation to ensure complete compliance with the design intent.
